We’d not been to visit Orlandos Italian Restaurant before, but my sister had heard good things about it.
The interior was a cacophony of pictures and posters and statue, hanging fruits and blackboards.
The owner and waiters entertained us throughout with table magic, silly hats and ventriloquism. But they needn’t have bothered – the food itself was fantastic.
Now, I don’t often break free from my love of pizza, but on this occasion I tried something different.
I have to be honest – I don’t really like pasta all that much, so I don’t really know why I chose the tortelini.
Stuffed with pumpkin and cheese and served with tomato and courgette.
Oh, my goodness! It was freakin’ gorgeous! Absolutely mouthwatering and every mouthful was rich with flavour and textures.
