Sushi – Katsu Chicken

This classic Japanese curry is one of my favourite dishes.

I’ve not tried making the sauce from scratch yet, though. Probably because it’s so easy to fry up the chicken and pour on some ready made sauce! But, like teriyaki sauce, it’s a relatively straight forward sauce to make; the recipe I have just uses honey, brown sauce and tomato ketchup!
